Pediatric Surgery

Dr. Rodgers treats newborns, children, and teenagers with a wide variety of eyelid, tear duct, and orbital conditions. Many children have benign eyelid growths which require careful excision. A drooping eyelid interfering with vision and of cosmetic concern may be noted soon after birth — tearing is not uncommon in a newborn. Sports-related injuries may result in fractures of the orbital bones requiring surgical repair.
